Northwest Watercolor Society Samish Island Paint Out

Last week I was very pleased to be able to attend this wonderful paint out. The scenery was exquisite. Oh, and painting alongside 50 ( more or less) , very talented artists was exciting. I always learn so much when I am around other artists.

Fiber is fascinating. It has been an interest of mine since I was a child. I have always been influenced by my very artistic mother. However, painting on paper was not my passion, creating with fabric is. I am now a seamstress, quilter and fiber artist.
